In the 73rd minute, England's Cole Palmer scored a goal to rewrite the score to 1-1. In the 86th minute, Spanish team Mikel Osarval scored the winning goal, securing the score at 2-1.

Spain previously won three European Cup championship trophies in 1964, 2008, and 2012. England has not yet won the European Cup, and Spain has lifted the trophy for the fourth time, shattering England's hopes of winning the first European Cup.
